John Morris came out himself and although I would have paid anything to get my AC fixed, it was July in Oklahoma after all, he provided me with less expensive options to fix my unit that would work just as well as the expensive options. My Maytag Dryer was making a horrible squeaking and banging sound. Morris Heat and Air came out and fixed it for less than $140. Runs smooth and no noise now. Just like it used to before the banging squeak noise. 5 star! Couldn’t find anyone to show up for less than $129 let alone repair the problem for less than $140. Morris Heat and Air’s service call was just $50 and included in the total repair cost of $139. Clean and very knowledgable technician came to my house on time. Repair only took around an hour from start to finish.

Needed our furnace fixed and called on Morris Heating and Air. John responded quickly and initially did a quick tune up he then checked the Carbon Monoxide check and it was at a dangerous level, almost 600ppm. Great company! Called them on Sunday morning and they were repairing our heater within a hour or two. After reviewing and calling a few HVAC contractors I spoke with John Morris of Morris Heat and Air. I spoke briefly with John and could easily tell he is an honest man. So, I had them come to our home for an onsite visit. Afterwards, John provided thorough written estimates with his recommendations for a ducted or ductless system. Although he was busy, John made himself available to discus the pros and cons of each system so I could make an informed decision. I felt so comfortable hiring John that I paid the full estimated bill in advance. These guys worked all hours of the day, late into the evening and through the weekend including Sunday.
